Where you have been authorised to do so by a member of our team, the buyer may use the following link to create a free return label via our returns portal:

You may use the above portal to return unused items within 30 days of receipt of the goods, however the return postage costs will be deducted from your return unless you have been authorised by our team to use this service. If you have been authorised then there will be no deduction on your refund.
Terms and Conditions of Return
Yellow Square Enterprises Ltd hereby referred to as YSE Ltd accepts the responsibility of the return postage costs and will refund the original postage and packaging costs when the buyer wishes to return an item because it's defective, isn't as described, or was damaged in the post providing that we have been notified within 30 days of receiving the goods. Photographic evidence will be needed to support any claims of this nature. In some cases, items will need to be returned for inspection before a refund is processed. The buyer assumes responsibility of any costs incurred if the item does not meet the above return specifications.
In all other instances, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage.
The buyer must notify YSE Ltd of a return within 30 days of receipt of goods. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed and issued within 2-3 business days of the return being received by us.
We recommend the buyer use a tracked courier service to return items, as YSE Ltd cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost in transit without proof of postage. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the item reaches YSE Ltd in sellable condition.
YSE Ltd asks that all items are returned in the original packaging where possible. This does not affect the buyer’s statutory rights.
All original materials must be present and in pre-sale condition in order to receive a refund. We will not accept returns for items that have been removed from a sealed bag.
YSE Ltd asks that buyers include a note of return in the package, indicating name, address, email address and contact number in order to process the return more quickly and efficiently.
